I/O at Work

I/O at Work is a resource for professionals in the Human Resources industry (Industrial / Organizational Psychology) that provides quick reviews of industry journal articles. The information is provided in a magazine-style blog format and we were honored to help design and develop the theme and aesthetics. Along with the front-end design, the folks at I/O needed a customized WordPress backend created to help with the management of the large amount of content they ingest.

Beyond the site’s design & development, we’ve also assisted with a comprehensive social media marketing strategy that helps to provide awareness of the resource. We also provided essential consulting services in sponsor/advertiser solicitation for the blog. 374 Designs is the design provider for I/O at work, providing conference exhibition collateral and other graphic design assets.

Gerstner Electric

Beyond maintaining their website, 374 Designs partnered with Gerstner Electric to create two web-apps to help with the efficiency of operations. One is an app that manages all of the equipment that Gerstner has in the field, in storage, and out for service. It allows employees with relevant credentials to check in/check out equipment they need as well as check availability from the field.

We also created an app that lets job foremen report the daily activity from each project site, removing the manual reporting that Gerstner was using perviously. This reporting is used for budgeting and payroll, as well as allowing the company executives to keep a finger on the pulse of operations.

inStep Church

inStep Church is a small start-up congregation that meets in St. Charles, MO. It has been our pleasure to serve the ongoing communications needs of inStep Church including the design of their weekly emails, sermon series branding, signs, promotional materials such as doorhangers and rave cards, and helping them with marketing strategy.
